- Base pay starting between $66,300 and $82,900 per year
Essential (Primary) Functions
- Provide customer analytics using SQL and Snowflake to extract, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets across multiple sources.
- Pull, manage, and analyze data from Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to support audience segmentation, customer targeting, personalization, and measurement.
- Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Private Brand, E‑commerce, Research, Store Operations, and other teams to understand business needs and deliver data‑driven insights.
- Analyze customer shopping behavior, transaction data, and engagement patterns to inform customer strategy, lifecycle optimization, and business decisions.
- Measure brand performance at each stage of the customer lifecycle and build data driven CRM campaigns with marketing operations to support brand goals
- Apply advanced tools, analytical skills, and experience to integrate website behavioral and transaction data with other data platforms and conduct statistical analysis
- Use consumer data platform tools to manage and execute audience segmentation strategies based on data-driven customer insights
- Independently identify business questions and opportunities, assess key drivers, and recommend data‑supported solutions.
- Transform findings into compelling presentations, including graphs, charts, or dashboards, aimed at answering key business questions and present to Senior Leadership and Key stakeholders
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that improve efficiency, consistency, and accessibility of recurring reporting and insights.
- Use sophisticated analytical or problem-solving techniques to identify root cause to issues
- Consult with leadership partners to define analytical priorities, success metrics, and data needs for critical initiatives.
- Audit & monitor Rewards Member pricing initiatives (including but not limited to offer set up, pricing audits, store signage)
- Support quarterly and annual reporting needs through automated dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks.
- Review and fulfill ad hoc analysis requests from business partners across customer, program, offer, channel, and product needs.
- Identify segmentation opportunities for CGP offers & commitments for marketing
- Review standard ad hoc analysis requests from all levels of business partners for customer, program, offer and/or channel needs.
- Develop end to end project timelines for analysis deliveries
- Review relevant data sets and analyses to develop detailed and informed insights and implications to inform strategy and decisions.
- Organize insights, data, and visualizations into comprehensive stories for distribution to leadership partners in support internal business decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in field such as business analytics, statistics, research
- 1 - 3 years of analytics and insights experience
- Experience supporting forecasting, predictive analytics, attribution, or marketing mix modeling initiatives is preferred
- Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics is preferred
