Join our IT Support organization as an IT Site Support Specialist and become the trusted technology partner for Schneider Electric employees. In this role, you will serve as the primary onsite IT representative, ensuring reliable IT services, seamless user experiences, and operational excellence across one or more Schneider Electric locations. If you are passionate about technology, customer service, and solving complex technical challenges, we would love to hear from you.

What will you do?

  • Provide Level 2 onsite support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technologies
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Teams, and connectivity issues
  • Manage incidents and service requests within SLA targets while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Support device installations, upgrades, office moves, and equipment lifecycle activities
  • Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and coordinate procurement, warranty, and vendor activities
  • Provide meeting room, AV, and event support for business-critical meetings
  • Prepare and deploy equipment for new hires and support employee technology adoption
  • Partner with infrastructure teams by providing onsite Smart Hands & Feet support
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, IT standards, and ITIL processes
  • Support multiple Schneider Electric locations as needed

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune
  • Experience supporting mobile devices, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
  • Knowledge of asset management and inventory processes
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as the primary IT contact for a site
  • Experience supporting executive or VIP users is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region when required
