Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete revenue assurance framework, ensuring accurate capture, allocation, and recognition of all revenue streams across the business.
  • Build, maintain, and validate revenue models (including per-user dues and product-level structures) to support reliable budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Perform advanced revenue analytics, identifying trends, variances, anomalies, and risks while providing strategic, data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Growth teams to evaluate new products, features, and pricing strategies, ensuring financial viability and optimized profitability.
  • Lead the monthly revenue closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis in alignment with accounting standards.
  • Implement and monitor strong internal controls to prevent revenue leakage, ensure compliance, and strengthen data integrity across all revenue-related workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing revenue processes, automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency across the revenue cycle.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue assurance, revenue accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance.
  • CMA certification is strongly preferred (or equivalent such as ACCA/CIMA).
  • Demonstrated experience building revenue models, dashboards, or financial frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong technical skills: financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage).
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue-related projects, improvements, or optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and technical teams.
