MAIN RESPONSABILITIESDashboard Development & Automation
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions to track SQCDMN performance
- Deliver scalable, user-friendly visualization tools for factory, regional, and global stakeholders
- Continuously improve and automate reporting to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
- Standardize dashboards and reporting systems across regions in line with Dan-IWS and global standards
- Drive continuous enhancement of data quality, system performance, and user adoption
- Support governance forums by providing data-driven insights and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Identify opportunities to simplify reporting architecture and eliminate redundant tools
- Define and maintain KPI data models, data structures, and calculation logic aligned with Dan-IWS and company performance guidelines
- Guarantee data consistency, harmonization, and standard definitions across sites and categories
- Embed alerts, triggers, and deviation tracking directly into dashboards to enable proactive performance management
- Support leadership with standardized, automated performance packs powered by dashboards
Education, Experience
- Education Master (Data Analytics / Data Science / Business / Finance / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science)
- Experience 2+ years in data analytics / operations / performance management.
- Advanced data analysis & statistical thinking (trend analysis, root cause, forecasting)
- Strong proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, data visualization tools)
- Knowledge of data architecture & integration
- Experience in data governance, data quality, and standardization
- Capabilities in Data Visualization & Storytelling
- Proactivity, anticipation of needs and result-oriented approach
- Strong mindset toward continuous improvement
- Ability to take initiative and drive topics with sufficient autonomy
- Fluency in interactions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact
- Capability to proactively question the status quo and confidently challenge ideas to drive better outcomes.
- Fluency in English
- You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
- You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
- You have never done a V.I.E before.
