Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute buying and merchandising strategies for multi-brand concept stores (Comma And & Hug Craft), ensuring the right brand mix and assortment
- Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and market movements to identify new business opportunities and maximize commercial performance
- Collaborate closely with brands, suppliers, and business partners to source and develop commercially attractive brands
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Retail Operations teams to create engaging product storytelling and customer experiences
- Monitor inventory performance, sell-through, and stock productivity to optimize merchandise performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, suppliers, and business partners to support business growth and product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management within fashion retail businesses
- Strong fashion sense with solid understanding of retail merchandising, product trends, and customer behavior
- Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience in assortment planning, inventory management, and sales performance analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
