You'll be responsible for producing reports and dashboards, analysing data, supporting business users, and helping improve reporting processes and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards.
- Produce client reports to meet specific content and formatting requirements.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support data quality and data cleansing activities.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from teams across the firm.
- Work closely with Finance, Business Services, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and internal clients to deliver an excellent service.
Essential
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an MI, reporting, business intelligence, or data analyst role.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
- Experience working with reporting tools such as BusinessObjects, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SQL and Python experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- SSRS report development experience.
- Knowledge of Excel VBA and process automation.
- A proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Graduate calibre or equivalent experience in a reporting, analytics, or business intelligence role.
