- Experience with ERP and planning systems (D365 or similar)
- Curious and proactive
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Interested in solving problems and improving processes
- Able to translate data into actionable insights
- Focused on building long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes
- Looking to grow at the intersection of Finance, Data and Business Performance
- Pragmatic enough to deliver today's reporting requirements while continuously improving tomorrow's processes
- Taken ownership of a significant portion of recurring reporting activities previously performed in Switzerland
- Reduced manual effort through automation and process improvements
- Implemented reporting and data-management solutions that are standardized, documented and sustainable
- Improved consistency and harmonization of Finance, HR and Operations data
- Developed reporting and analytical tools actively used by the Controlling team
- Helped create a Controlling environment that is less dependent on individuals and more supported by robust processes, governance and scalable data solutions
- Enabled senior Controllers to dedicate more time to business partnering, performance analysis and strategic initiatives
- Hybrid working model (office & remote flexibility)
- Opportunity to work on Swiss-market healthcare and laboratory platforms with real clinical impact
- International, collaborative, and regulated product environment
