Location: Tampa, FL (On-site, 5 days/week) - Must be based in or willing to relocate
Mad Mobile seeks a strategic Director of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across our revenue-generating functions—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll serve as the operational backbone that unifies our go-to-market strategy, optimizes revenue processes, and delivers data-driven insights to accelerate scalable growth.
This is a critical enablement function that bridges revenue teams with finance and executive leadership to ensure predictable, efficient revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Operations & Process
- Design and implement scalable revenue operations frameworks to support Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships, focusing on process efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
- Optimize GTM processes, including lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting, in collaboration with department leaders and our Restaurant GM.
- Build and maintain scalable revenue models (e.g., SaaS ARR, GMV) to support predictable growth and align with CFO-led financial planning.
- Implement and manage enablement tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), dashboards, and reporting frameworks, to enhance team productivity and visibility.
- Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Streamline end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to reduce friction and improve efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine sales playbooks, forecast cadences, pipeline analytics and compensation plans to drive growth.
- Partner with Customer Success to enhance retention strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Support Partnerships by developing scalable processes for channel enablement and affiliate programs, aligning with revenue goals.
- Data-Driven Insights & Analytics
- Establish single source of truth for key SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, and churn
- Build executive dashboards providing real-time visibility into revenue performance and pipeline health
- Analyze conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in key metrics
- Support board and investor communications with accurate forecasting and growth analytics
- Technology & Systems Optimization
- Manage and optimize RevOps tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, billing, analytics)
- Drive process automation to eliminate revenue leakage and improve team productivity
- Ensure seamless data integration and integrity across all revenue-generating systems
- Evaluate and implement new tools to scale operations efficiently
- Collaboration with Finance & Executive Leadership
- Partner closely with the CFO to align revenue operations with financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide data-backed insights to support board and investor communications, including revenue forecasts, pipeline coverage, and growth metrics.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of revenue initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of implementing scalable revenue processes and improving operational efficiency in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) and financial modeling, with strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue operations tools, with experience optimizing tech stacks for GTM teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on process automation, data integrity, and operational scalability.
- Experience supporting financial reporting and working closely with Finance teams under a CFO’s leadership.
