Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect / Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and modern cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and end-to-end data lifecycle management, along with strong architectural and stakeholder-facing capabilities.

• Data Modeling & Warehousing Expert — Strong background in Kimball, dimensional, and analytical modeling with hands-on delivery of data warehouse builds or migrations.
• SQL & PySpark Power User — Deep expertise in writing complex SQL for transformation, validation, and reconciliation, plus 3+ years of PySpark development with Unity Catalog and governance frameworks.
• Full Data Lifecycle Ownership — Proven experience across ingestion, staging, conformed layers, and data exploitation design, with a strong grasp of MDM, metadata management, cataloguing, and data quality.
• ETL/ELT & Pipeline Validation — Skilled in analyzing existing transformation logic and performing reconciliation testing between legacy and new environments end-to-end.
• Business-Meets-Technology Translator — Able to take business requirements and turn them into robust, scalable data models that power analytics and reporting.
• Cloud & Modern Stack — Experience with AWS data platform services, Databricks, and familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, Azure, or GCP. Telecom sector experience is a plus.
• Strategic & Hands-On Leader — 10–15 years of experience blending technical delivery with architectural strategy. Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Great Communicator & Relationship Builder — Simplifies complex ideas, builds trust with clients and teams, and quickly grasps business context.
• Industry-Curious — Keen interest in emerging data technologies and trends, and how they drive real business outcomes.
