Product Manager for Online

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Product Manager (Online) to take end-to-end ownership of our web product and drive continuous improvement of the player journey. The role will focus on improving online experience, optimizing key conversion funnels and supporting growth in acquisition, engagement, retention and commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the web product roadmap, backlog and prioritization.
• Definition of product priorities and scope in line with product strategy.
• Identification of opportunities to improve the player journey and key web funnels.
• Optimization of acquisition, registration, activation and conversion journeys.
• Collaboration with UX Research, UX Design and Web Engineering.
• Definition of product requirements and expected outcomes.
• Analysis of product analytics and funnel performance.
• Planning and execution of experiments and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Collaboration with Content Manager on content, localization and release readiness.
• Collaboration with PM Native to ensure consistency across web and native experiences.
• Monitoring of post-release performance and identification of optimization opportunities.
• Monitoring of competitor activity and relevant gaming trends.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in gaming, e-commerce or conversion-driven digital products.
• Proven experience managing web products.
• Strong understanding of web funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience with product analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience working with UX and Engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and prioritization skills.
• Data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Gaming experience is an advantage.
