**Location:** Leutenberg, Germany | Hybrid (up to 2 days home office)

**Experience:** 3–5+ years

**Salary:** €75,000–€90,000 gross/year

**Languages:** German C1, English B2+

## Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Controller (m/w/d)** to support financial planning, reporting, KPI management and the further digitalisation of controlling processes.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage financial planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts.

* Prepare management reports and financial presentations.

* Conduct variance analysis and profitability calculations.

* Define and monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.

* Support month-end closing, cost management and balance-sheet analysis.

* Support strategic projects and investment decisions.

* Contribute to the development of the Data Analytics environment using **BigQuery and Power BI**.

* Work closely with management and international business units.

## Important Skills

**3–5+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A**

* Strong knowledge of **Financial Controlling and Reporting**

* **Power BI** and data modelling

* **SAP / SAP ERP**

* **SAP Analytics Cloud** or **Tableau**

* **LucaNet** knowledge

* **BigQuery** – good to have

* Advanced **MS Excel** skills

* Strong analytical and conceptual abilities

* KPI management, budgeting and forecasting

* German **C1** and English **B2+**

* Proactive, structured and hands-on working style
