The position is permanent, in Athens.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Data Analyst you will:

• Monitor the performance of the digital sales channel, identifying trends, anomalies and areas for improvement
• Analyze digital properties (website, app, landing pages) in terms of traffic, engagement and user behavior
• Conduct Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) analysis, supporting the design and evaluation of tests and experiments
• Analyze digital media performance campaigns, in coordination with the media agency
• Analyze core performance marketing metrics (e.g. CPC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate) to assess the effectiveness of digital activities
• Manage data collection and website tagging, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and internal privacy policies
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring reliable and up-to-date data
• Identify pain points and opportunities across the digital customer journey, turning data into actionable recommendations
• Prepare presentations and insights for management and C-level stakeholders, with a clear data narrative supporting business decisions
• Define tracking requirements and follow up their development with the IT team, ensuring the quality and completeness of collected data

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Digital Data Analyst position is a professional with:

• Bachelor's degree in in a quantitative or related field (Statistics, Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing Analytics or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (advanced use), Google Analytics 4,Power BI, Contentsquare or Microsoft Clarity, CRM Dynamics, Google Tag Manager
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management, and customer support processes
• Commercial awareness to understand the target market and design campaigns accordingly
• Ability to work with and cross-reference multiple data sources
• English proficiency level C1
• Knowledge of data privacy principles and GDPR regulations as applied to the collection and processing of digital data.

Experience

• At least 4 years of prior work experience in a similar position.
