About the RoleWe're looking for a BI Developer with experience in reporting, analytics, and data integration. You'll work with business and technical teams to develop reporting solutions, support data pipelines, troubleshoot data issues, and help deliver reliable insights for business users.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in BI development, data warehousing, reporting platforms, or analytics engineering.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and support reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Work with large datasets to validate, transform, and prepare data for analytics.
- Support data integration and ETL/ELT processes.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies, and performance concerns.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and engineers to understand reporting requirements.
- Assist in production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design.
- 2+ years of experience in BI, reporting, data analytics, or data warehouse environments.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience developing or supporting reports and dashboards using BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with ETL processes, data pipelines, or data integration tools.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional models and star schemas.
- Experience analyzing and validating large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience working in production support or enterprise reporting environments.
- Exposure to SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, Universes, IDT, or CMC).
- Experience with Databricks, Python, or Spark.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar orchestration tools.
- Experience with SAP BW or BW/HANA environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based analytics or modern data platforms.
- Hands-on Databricks experience is an advantage.
- Candidates who have completed Databricks training, certifications, bootcamps, or project-based learning are encouraged to apply.
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting platforms and BI production environments.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across both development and support activities.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
