# PRODUCT ANALYST

## About the Role

Tangem is looking for a highly skilled Product Analyst / Analytics Expert to join its team and turn large-scale data into actionable insights for product and business decision-making. You will work closely with product and business teams to analyze user behavior, identify risks and opportunities, develop and validate hypotheses, and support strategies that improve product performance.

This role will contribute to the continued development of Tangem Wallet by combining advanced analytics, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, experimentation, and KPI reporting. The successful candidate will be comfortable translating complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders and working in a fast-moving blockchain and digital-assets environment.

## Key Responsibilities

- Conduct advanced Big Data analysis to extract valuable insights and inform business and product decisions.

- Collaborate with business and product teams to identify key risks and opportunities.

- Develop and validate global hypotheses to optimize product performance and strategy.

- Use Amplitude and other analytics tools to analyze user behavior and generate meaningful reports.

- Design and execute A/B tests across websites and mobile applications to optimize user engagement and validate hypotheses.

- Build predictive models to forecast future trends and support business growth.

- Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring KPIs and key metrics.

- Present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

## Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in Big Data analytics and working with analytical systems.

- Proficiency in Amplitude and other advanced analytics platforms.

- Strong ability to develop and validate global hypotheses.

- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.

- Proficiency in Power BI.

- Exceptional analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working with fintech or blockchain-based products.

- Familiarity with Tangem Wallet or similar products.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with business goals.
