This role supports our Population Health team, and much of our work revolves around regulatory reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and helping leadership make informed decisions based on data. Because of that, I am looking for someone who is comfortable working with large healthcare datasets and can independently analyze information rather than simply pull reports.

As a Senior Clinical Quality Analyst, you'll be a force for positive change, guiding the development of comprehensive care plans that will help others live healthier lives. Join us and help guide our efforts to improve the patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyzing clinical quality, utilization, and population health data
  • Developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations
  • Validating data and investigating performance trends and outliers
  • Translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for operational and clinical leaders
  • Supporting quality improvement and population health initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of health care experience
  • 3+ years of experience extracting data with tools such as SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing performance improvement projects or using data to develop intervention strategies to improve outcomes
  • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, analyze data, identify trends, assist with reporting, or support analytical workflows would also be highly desirable
  • Ability to collect, analyze and present data
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within a designated territory
  • Reside in the State of New Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coding experience is a major plus
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Access Databases and VBA

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
