As a product analyst for our Personal Auto team, you’ll identify opportunities to improve segmentation, rate level, verification, and distribution and for a state. In this role, you’ll drive research and analysis to support profitability and growth, contribute to product initiatives, support product revision strategy, evaluate post-revision performance, and track key business metrics. You’ll also deliver ad hoc analyses and research the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights for decision-making.

Hybrid preferred in the Cleveland, OH or Richmond, VA areas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with prior experience as a product analyst or analyst in another business area.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoys solving complex problems and translating analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience using data tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python, Snowflake or similar platforms.

Compensation

  • $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience.
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
