Product Support Accounting Specialist

We are recruiting for a leading global financial services firm specializing in asset servicing, custody banking, and investment management, supporting institutional clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Eagle Accounting to clients and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
• Investigate and troubleshoot accounting and application issues, including root cause analysis.
• Build a strong understanding of clients’ accounting processes and workflows.
• Work with global Product Support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support the team during critical incidents and help restore services quickly.
• Test system changes and new functionality to ensure they work as expected.
• Create and maintain documentation and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to products and support processes.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–7 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Investment Management, Financial Services, Client Services, or a similar area.
• Practical experience with Fund Accounting and Client Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues.
• Good understanding of financial services and accounting processes.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Eagle product knowledge and basic SQL are welcome but not required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop expertise in the product.
