Exigo Tech is currently looking for Application Project Manager

This key role is to work as part of application team and plan, design, build, configure, commission, and maintain projects. The successful candidate will be required to follow regular procedures to ensure all the tasks are delivered as per schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, effort estimates, and budgets
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets
• Manage project dependencies, risks, & issues; drive mitigation plans

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
• Communicate project progress, risks, and escalations through regular status reports
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Team & Resource Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams including developers, QA, analysts, and vendors
• Allocate resources effectively and resolve resource conflicts
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and best practices
• Enforce compliance with quality, security, & regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization

Financial & Commercial Management

• Track project costs, effort utilization, and profitability
• Manage change requests and project variance
• Support pre‑sales activities including estimations, proposals, and risk assessments

Functional

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Risk management, issue resolution, and decision‑making
• Stakeholder communication and expectation management
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Vendor and third‑party management
• Documentation and reporting (project charters, plans, RAID logs, dashboards)
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Experience in data security, compliance, and change management processes.

Technical

• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration, and cloud platforms (Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and custom application development.
• Experience with project and agile management tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, or similar
• Ability to review technical designs, identify risks, and guide technical discussions

Other

Previous work experience with US, Australian or UK clients

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications.

Experience: 8+ years

The position is based in Vadodara and is a work-from-office role. .

Salary Range : As per market standards, plus Medical and Accidental Insurance, Paid Leaves and Holidays
