Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

- Take the lead on our existing Playwright-based automation framework, driving its continued evolution and scale across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end coverage.
- Extend and refine the framework's architecture improving patterns, structure, and maintainability as coverage grows.
- Deepen automated testing integration into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
- Partner with Development and Product teams to identify quality risks early.
- Create effective test strategies, test data, and automated regression coverage.
- Perform API and database testing, including stored procedures and data validation.
- Investigate complex failures, identify root causes, and drive defects to resolution.
- Improve automation reliability, execution speed, and coverage at scale.
- Mentor QA engineers and promote automation and quality engineering best practices.
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with significant automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright; Selenium experience is a plus.
- Strong C# skills and experience with .NET applications/APIs.
- Experience with API testing/automation, including Postman or similar tools.
- Strong database testing experience, including test data and stored procedures.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD.
- Experience scaling, refactoring, or significantly improving an existing automation framework
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for engineering quality into the product — not just finding bugs.
