The contractor will support systems for allowing and securing access to COVID-19 applications and data via Health Commerce System (HCS).

Duties

• The Systems Architect will design service-oriented architecture, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service, and software as a service using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Identity Manager.
• The Systems Architect will design secure applications using security AP Is, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAuth, and multi-factor authentication.
• OFR approved Other Infectious Disease expansion.

• Experience (15+ Years)

• This is an 100% Onsite
• This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Proposal Response.
• 6 years' experience development in medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented.
• 6 years' experience in designing infrastructure solutions like virtualization, Storage, Middleware, Cloud Infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code.
• 6 years' experience in managing virtualization like Vmware, Openshift Virtualization, AWS EC2, AWS VPC.
• 6 years' experience managing backups using Veeam, Veeam Kasten, AWS Backup Solutions.
• 6 years' experience with managing high available infrastructure, use of load balancers, managing multi region data replication.
• 6 years' experience in performing monitoring and logging functions across multi region data centers and cloud solutions.
• 6 years' experience with Orchestration and infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible.
