The client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product planning and execution for large-scale digital and IT transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering user-centric digital products, managing product roadmaps, and working within Agile environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy
- Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and product requirements
- Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and release planning
- Conduct product discovery and stakeholder engagement activities
- Lead product demos, roadmap sessions, and stakeholder updates
- Ensure products align with organizational objectives and user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for products
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in IT or digital services
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects and user-centric products
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration
- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, release planning, and prioritization
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and actionable product requirements
- Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, KPIs, and success metrics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience leading product demos, roadmap sessions, and executive updates
- Knowledge of OPS IT governance, digital accessibility, and cybersecurity standards is an asset
