About The Company

Our client is building a new-generation digital platform for the Taiwan market, redesigning the content and community experience from the ground up with AI capabilities deeply integrated across product and marketing.

Position: Sr.Product Marketing Analyst

We are helping our client find a data-driven, insight-led Product Marketing Analyst who can design and optimize the full marketing funnel — from potential user to activation, retention, loyalty, and organic growth.

In the platform's early stage, you will focus on solving the cold-start problem: recruiting early users, designing the right incentives, and driving the platform to critical mass. As the platform scales, you will continuously optimize conversion rates, improve retention, and build a sustainable organic growth engine.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize the full marketing funnel (Acquisition Activation Retention Loyalty Organic Growth)
  • Cold-start strategy: early user recruitment, incentive design, and driving the platform to critical mass
  • CDP-based user segmentation and personalized marketing across Email, Push, and In-App messaging
  • Market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews — translating insights into actionable marketing strategy
  • Build KPI tracking frameworks and data reports to support decision-making

Required Skills

  • CDP (user segmentation / behavioral analytics) | Tools: Segment
  • Marketing automation tools: Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, MailChimp
  • Analytics tools: GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, SQL
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing platform, two-sided marketplace, or community products
  • Experimentation mindset: hypothesis-driven testing, A/B testing, rapid iteration
