Senior Associate, Transformation & Engagement, Operations COO, T&O

Taiwan Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, Data & AI, people capability and innovation. In Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. As an Operations Department, we embrace and reinforce the strong PRIDE! culture that is built up in DBS. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic transformation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the organization
• Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and design innovative solutions to enhance productivity for EJ
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and drive organizational change
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee well-being and productivity
• Leverage data analytics and industry best practices to inform decision-making and drive data-driven transformation
• Oversee the implementation of the SOAR strategy under the Operation COO to drive organizational agility and resilience
• Facilitate effective communication and change management to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation and engagement initiatives, making adjustments as needed
• Felxibility to cross support per managment required

• Strong understanding of organizational transformation, change management, and employee engagement best practices
• Proven track record of successfully driving and implementing large-scale transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions
