Quality Assurance Engineer（测试工程师）

Role Direction:

Traze is rebuilding the product and technology delivery approach for its trading App. We want QA to do more than just "click around" before release — we want you to help the team build a more efficient, more stable, and more automated quality assurance system.

You will support Traze App's core product lines, including Accounts, Trading, Funds, Growth, Community, Education Tools, Back Office, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional testing for Traze App / Web / Back Office — covering registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, trading, positions, campaigns, community, education tools, and other workflows

- Design test cases based on product requirements and user journeys — covering core paths, exception scenarios, edge cases, and market-specific differences

- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Operations teams to identify risks early in the requirements phase — not just discovering issues right before release

- Build and maintain automated testing capabilities — including API testing, regression testing, UI automation, and core path monitoring

- Leverage AI tools to assist with test case generation, test script creation, defect analysis, and regression checklists — improving overall testing efficiency

- Track bug identification, reproduction, fix verification, and release quality reviews

- Monitor key quality metrics for trading products — including stability, accuracy, performance, security, and the reliability of fund and trading pipelines

- Support rapid iteration and frequent releases — helping the team maintain quality while increasing release velocity

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of testing experience — experience with App / Web / FinTech / e-commerce / trading platforms / payments / wallets is preferred

- Familiar with testing processes — able to independently complete test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and release verification

- Experience with API testing, mobile testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, and regression testing

- Hands-on experience with automation testing — familiar with at least one of the following: Postman, JMeter, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools

- Strong sense of ownership over product quality — proactively identifying risks in processes, user experience, and systems

- Keen interest in AI and automation tools — willing to adopt new methods to improve testing efficiency

- Good communication skills — able to drive alignment across Product and Development teams to resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications:

- Testing experience in financial trading, brokerage, CFD, FX, payments, fund systems, or risk control systems

- Familiarity with trading order flow, market data display, positions, close positions, deposits, withdrawals, KYC, AML, and related business processes

- Experience building automation testing frameworks

- Experience with canary releases, production monitoring, and quality metric system development

- Ability to leverage AI to generate test scripts or automated test cases

- 与产品、开发、运营紧密协作，在需求阶段提前识别风险，而不是只在上线前发现问题

- 建立和维护自动化测试能力，包括接口测试、回归测试、UI 自动化测试、核心链路监控等

- 使用 AI 工具辅助生成测试用例、测试脚本、缺陷分析、回归 checklist，提高测试效率

- 跟进 bug 定位、复现、修复验证和上线质量复盘

- 关注交易类产品的关键质量指标，包括稳定性、准确性、性能、安全性、资金链路和交易链路的可靠性

- 支持快速迭代和频繁发布，帮助团队在保证质量的前提下提高上线速度

任职要求：

- 3 年以上测试经验，有 App / Web / FinTech / 电商 / 交易平台 / 支付 / 钱包测试经验优先

- 熟悉测试流程，能独立完成测试计划、测试用例、缺陷跟踪和上线验证

- 熟悉接口测试、移动端测试、兼容性测试、性能测试和回归测试

- 有自动化测试经验，熟悉 Postman、JMeter、Selenium、Appium、Cypress、Playwright 等工具中的一种或多种

- 对产品质量有 owner 意识，能主动发现流程、体验和系统风险

- 对 AI 工具和自动化工具敏感，愿意用新方法提升测试效率

- 具备较好的沟通能力，能推动产品、开发一起解决问题

加分项：

- 有金融交易、券商、CFD、外汇、支付、资金系统、风控系统测试经验

- 熟悉交易下单、行情展示、持仓、平仓、入金、出金、KYC、AML 等业务流程

- 有自动化测试框架搭建经验

- 有灰度发布、线上监控、质量指标体系建设经验

- 能用 AI 辅助生成测试脚本或自动化用例
