Job Title: Software & Integration Engineer (TS/SCI)

Compensation: $135K-$165K/year.

Schedule: 40 hours/week

This position requires an active TS/SCI Clearance

About the Opportunity:

• Day-to-day integration activities, such as:

1. executing interface tests
2. documenting test results
3. conducting initial integration issue triage
4. managing routine integration environment configurations

What You'll Do:

• The work involves:

1. applying established integration processes
2. validating interfaces against defined specifications
3. supporting cross-team coordination during integration events
4. executing environment promotions following existing procedures

What You'll Bring: Active TS/SCI Clearance

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM.
• Min 8 years of professional/military experience (or 6 years with a Master's degree)
• Min 8 years of experience leading technical teams or designing large-scale distributed systems.
• Min 4 years of experience in software testing within IT environments with a strong focus on mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Min 2 years of experience working with version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, SVN or TFS and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps is highly desirable.

What Sets You Apart:

• Master's Degree in a STEM.
• Hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), and scripting languages like Python or Bash (Unix shell).
• Solid understanding of API testing methodologies for RESTful services; familiarity with JSON/XML data formats.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or DB2; ability to perform data analysis skills for troubleshooting issues.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban; experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or HP ALM.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis; excellent debugging skills are essential for identifying issues efficiently.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including requirements gathering, design review, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Technical support experience related to software troubleshooting within complex system environments.
