Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $82/hr. on W2

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior IT Project Manager to lead large, complex technology initiatives that deliver meaningful business value. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management fundamentals, strategic thinking, proactive risk management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while working across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance artifacts.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including business objectives, requirements, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
• Identify risks, issues, and resource constraints early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Provide executive-level project reporting, communications, insights, and recommendations.
• Facilitate decision-making by presenting options, tradeoffs, risks, and solution paths.
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve project delivery and productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years supporting IT initiatives, or 11+ years of related business experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Experience communicating effectively with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
