Pay: $45-$65/hr
Duration: 12 month contract w/ potential to convert full time
Job Summary
We are seeking a Palantir Foundry User Support Analyst to support and maintain a portfolio of production Palantir Foundry applications used by field operations teams across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring users have timely access to critical applications, resolving data and application issues, and making lightweight enhancements that improve the user experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working within the Foundry platform, enjoys troubleshooting complex operational issues, and is interested in expanding their expertise toward application development. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior Foundry developer and gain exposure to a large portfolio of enterprise applications while directly impacting day-to-day business operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
User Support & Access Management
- Provision, modify, and manage user access, roles, and permissions across multiple Palantir Foundry applications.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including access requests for contractors and rotating field teams.
- Perform backend updates and administrative changes on behalf of users when required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for application support inquiries.
- Monitor Microsoft Teams support channels and be available to support users beginning at 7:00 AM Central Time.
- Diagnose and resolve application, configuration, data quality, and user access issues directly within the Foundry platform.
- Identify recurring or widespread issues affecting multiple users and implement solutions efficiently.
- Escalate complex defects and enhancement requests to the Foundry Application Developer when necessary.
- Track recurring issues and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement minor application enhancements such as adding filters, modifying views, creating dropdown selections, and improving usability.
- Perform data corrections and support routine maintenance activities within Foundry.
- Assist with simple application development and AI Analyst-related tasks as business needs arise.
- Partner with development teams on testing and deployment activities.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and user-facing documentation.
- Develop training materials and support resources for end users.
- Communicate application updates, releases, fixes, and known issues to operational teams.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities with implementation and development partners.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience working within Palantir Foundry.
- 3+ years of hand-on user support experience; Tier 1-Tier 2.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application, user access, and data-related issues directly within the Foundry platform.
- Experience administering user accounts, permissions, and role-based access controls.
- Ability to make basic application modifications, including filters, views, forms, dropdowns, and simple workflow enhancements.
- Exposure to Palantir AI Analyst or similar Foundry analytics capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate operational issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical end users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
- Availability to begin support coverage by 7:00 AM Central Time.
- U.S. Citizenship and authorization to work within the United States.
