⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business needs and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements.
- Shape system design for mainframe and web applications, reports, and print outputs.
- Use industry‑standard tools for requirements, defect, test, and data management.
- Lead major IT projects, creating mock‑ups, models, diagrams, and screen/page designs.
- Facilitate requirements and design sessions (JRD/JAD) and perform gap analyses.
- Support and mentor teammates during integration testing and collaborate to resolve defects.
- Execute test scripts, manage test data, report defects, and ensure full traceability across requirements.
- Validate release packages to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and deliver clear project updates and documentation.
🎯 Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or related modern development technologies
- Strong research, analytical, creative problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly resourceful with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership capability
- Strong ability to manage priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Experience analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical specifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Octane)
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, including both waterfall and Agile approaches
- Experience applying project management principles and practices
