Target W2 Pay: $48 - $54 per Hour

About The Role

A leading digital consulting organization is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to support a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow initiative for a national real estate and property management organization. This is a highly visible role focused on driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and platform enhancements across multiple ServiceNow modules.

The ServiceNow Product Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical teams. This individual will be responsible for defining priorities, maintaining the product roadmap, managing the backlog, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the ServiceNow product roadmap and backlog across multiple platform modules
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements
• Drive product strategy and platform enhancements across ITSM, CSM, HR Onboarding, and ITOM initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and product review meetings
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and competing business demands
• Work closely with engineering and development teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Lead change management and adoption efforts for platform enhancements and new capabilities
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track platform performance and product success metrics
• Partner with UX, engineering, security, legal, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Support Agile planning, backlog refinement, sprint activities, and release management
• Create release communications, training materials, and knowledge base documentation
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Product Management experience
• Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HR Onboarding, and ITOM
• Proven experience owning product roadmaps and managing backlogs
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience
• Experience working directly with software development and engineering teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HR Onboarding, and ITOM expertise
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Experience designing ServiceNow forms and service portals
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience within real estate, retail, travel, or other large enterprise environments
• Experience leading platform transformation, modernization, or adoption initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
