Basic Function: The Software QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the function of software systems conform to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Continually expand knowledge of our software systems and how users interact with them.
- Perform testing for software modifications.
- Design and execute systems to check for issues.
- Document test cases.
- Record test progress and results.
- Create test plans.
- Delegate software testing where necessary to meet requirements and timelines.
- Interface with users and Operations Specialist to gather user/designer feedback on mods.
- Interface with developers to ensure the timely completion of mods.
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
- Discover and report software system bugs.
- Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
- Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.
- Perform manual and automated testing.
- Perform and document risk analysis.
- Research and analyze product features being tested.
- Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes.
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred OR two (2) or more years in a similar position or related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excel Proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting tools.
- Ability to multi-task and time manage.
- Worldclass professionalism and working well with stakeholders.
- Enhanced Computer Literacy.
- Ability to lead group meetings.
- Math Aptitude.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
