Site Reliability Engineer

Role Overview

We are hiring DevOps / Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) with strong hands-on experience in Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud. The role involves ensuring system reliability, observability, automation, and performance optimization in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Splunk Monitoring – Configure dashboards, alerts, and log analysis.
• Dynatrace Observability – Implement APM, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• CI/CD Automation – Build and optimize pipelines using Jenkins.
• AWS Cloud – Deploy and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS.
• Incident Management – Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability.
• Collaboration – Partner with developers, QA, and business teams.

Required Skills

• Splunk (log monitoring, dashboards, alerts).
• Dynatrace (APM, observability, performance monitoring).
• Jenkins (CI/CD pipeline automation).
• AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible.
• Scripting (Python, Shell, Bash).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in DevOps / SRE roles.
• Strong expertise in production support, automation, and monitoring.
