As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll design and deliver scalable, robust and innovative Salesforce solutions that meet current and future business needs. You'll bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards, regulatory expectations and organisational goals.

✅ Design major, cross-domain Salesforce solutions that meet present and future business needs

✅ Translate complex requirements into scalable architecture, integrations and high-level designs

✅ Guide delivery from requirements through deployment, post-launch support and continuous improvement

✅ Act as a trusted Salesforce technical adviser to senior stakeholders, developers and delivery teams

✅ Manage technical debt and champion secure, sustainable solutions that improve customer and business outcomes

You'll work closely with Enterprise and Domain Architects, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Engineering Leads, Business Analysts and delivery teams, seeing how your work contributes to meaningful outcomes.

☁️ Salesforce Clouds - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.

🚀 Platform Capabilities - Agentforce / Agent360, automation, Apex and Lightning Web Components.

🔗 Integration - REST and SOAP APIs, Salesforce integration patterns, MuleSoft and mobile application connectivity.

🔒 Architecture & Identity - Security, sharing, identity solutions, data models and architectural governance.

Essential experience

• Direct experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar senior-level role.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with practical Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong Salesforce solution design capability, including security, sharing, automation, Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience translating complex requirements into scalable solutions and communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.

Useful, but not essential

• Understanding of Financial Services Cloud and its core data model and account management features.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, mobile connectivity or identity solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and financial services compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or relevant Salesforce cloud consultant certifications.
