Lead Digital Marketing Consultant

DMCG is looking for a technical powerhouse to join the senior ranks of a multi-award-winning digital agency in Perth. We are looking for a Lead Digital Marketing Consultant who can turn brilliant ideas into incredible outcomes for some of Australia's leading brands.

This is a critical role in our growth phase. You will report directly to the Head of Digital and have the autonomy to elevate the agency to new heights of excellence.

The Role:

• Complex Campaign Delivery: Strategy, planning, financial modeling, and building robust multi-channel digital ecosystems. Strong in SEO and GEO.
• Act as the senior expert for troubleshooting and setting a high standard for quality across all digital channels. (more on organic and paid search)
• Manage team resources as a project lead while remaining hands-on with implementation.
• Account Management: Foster productive relationships with complex client accounts and proactively demonstrate value.
• Contribute to the development of new digital marketing technology, products, and operational systems.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 8+ years in digital marketing, preferably with a proven agency track record.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in SEO, GEO, Google Ads (Paid & Organic), Remarketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Strategic Knowledge: A deep understanding of Brand, UX, Web Design, and Copywriting.
• Data Proficiency: Advanced skills in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• AI Innovation: Experience leveraging AI for campaign automation and innovation is highly desirable.
