HR Operations Specialist (Tier 2/Tier 3) - Workday & ServiceNow

Position Summary

• An established organization is seeking an HR Operations Specialist with experience supporting HR systems and enterprise software platforms.
• This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring on-site presence approximately 3 to 4 days per week in West Palm Beach, FL.
• The ideal candidate will facilitate HR operational processes, contribute to system support, and enhance overall HR service delivery through effective platform management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for HR systems, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and user inquiries.
• Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR platform processes to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with HR teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and improve platform efficiency.
• Participate in the documentation of system procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support ongoing system updates, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to HR services.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives utilizing structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, or equivalent frameworks).
• Maintain accurate records of system support activities and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting HR systems and enterprise software platforms in an HR operational context.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems, with a focus on operational excellence.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR process automation and workflows.
• Knowledge of enterprise problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, or equivalent frameworks).
• Experience supporting hybrid HR systems in a fast-paced organizational setting.
• Prior involvement in system deployment, upgrades, or large-scale process improvement projects.
• Relevant certifications or training in HR systems, project management, or process improvement.
