Advisory Specialist - Business Intelligence

What you'll do:

• Deliver impactful reporting and analytics that drive client decision-making,

• Analyze workforce data and provide actionable recommendations,

• Partner with program teams and client stakeholders to present business insights,

• Lead reporting and analytics implementations for new and existing programs,

• Act as a subject matter expert for Business Intelligence tools and reporting solutions,

• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices across analytics projects,

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence,

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis,

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, Cognos, Spotfire, or similar,

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills,

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations,

• Experience in MSP, RPO, staffing, VMS, or ATS environments is a plus,
