Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing in development and beta environments
- Report, document, and track bugs in ticket system
- Work with customers to troubleshoot and reproduce issues
- Design, develop, and execute automated API and UI test methods under direction of senior testers
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from US accredited institution
- Experience with:
- Jira or other bug tracking system
- Automation testing, manual or automated
- Agile development
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Security Clearance not required at the time of hire, but must qualify for one in the future
