What you will do

As Data Analyst, you'll turn data from IT systems and business applications into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation. Concretely, you will:

• Collect, clean and structure data from IT systems, applications and databases
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
• Analyse IT service usage, system performance and cost data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and combine data from multiple sources
• Translate business questions into data driven answers for IT and business stakeholders
• Support the development of ETL processes and data pipelines together with data engineering colleagues
• Validate data quality and flag inconsistencies before they reach decision makers
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non technical audiences
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting standards and data governance practices

Who you are

We look beyond the CV. For us, motivation and curiosity matter just as much as the technical box-ticking, but to thrive in this role, you'll likely recognise yourself in most of the following:

• You hold a master's degree in data science, IT, statistics, business engineering or a related field
• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in an IT environment
• You are proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, complex data sets
• You have hands on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• You have an eye for detail and a structured, analytical mindset
• You can explain technical findings in a way that makes sense to non technical stakeholders
• You are fluent in Dutch, French is a plus
