Indexed description
Employment type: Contract (On-site)
Contract length: 12 months
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
As a Portfolio Manager within the Implementation Services team, you are the primary architect of client value for the Portfolio Management Platform across the CEMEA region. Your role is to transform platform capabilities into tangible commercial growth for financial institutions. You don't just manage software; you manage the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives platform adoption and secures annual subscription renewals.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
- Act as the strategic advisor to C-level executives and Heads of Retail Banking/Marketing. Navigate complex organizational structures to align the platform's output with the client's overarching business goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach. Coordinate with technical support and product development teams to voice client feedback and influence the platform roadmap.
- Function as the primary escalation point, balancing client expectations with our internal delivery capabilities and platform constraints.
- Serve as the dedicated lead for all active engagements across CEMEA, ensuring clients transition from "onboarded" to "power users."
- Proactively monitor platform activity and identify usage bottlenecks, intervening with training or strategic adjustments to ensure the platform remains central to the client's daily operations.
- Partner with clients to design, develop, and execute end-to-end Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) campaigns.
- Ensure a robust and consistent campaign calendar focused on high-impact objectives: Activation, Usage, Cross-sell, and Retention.
- Guide clients in defining KPIs and tracking real-time performance.
- Present post-campaign analytics to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into a "success story" that proves the platform's ROI and justifies continued investment.
- Assist clients in building data-driven business cases to justify marketing spend and platform expansion.
- Manage the "health" of the relationship throughout the year to ensure a frictionless annual subscription renewal process.
- 8+ years of experience in Banking, Consulting, or FinTech is highly preferred.
- Deep experience in Customer Value Management.
- Proven ability to manage and influence both internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- A track record of executing end-to-end campaigns, from initial segmentation strategy to performance reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with Campaign Automation tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategic insights and business cases.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-stakes engagements simultaneously across diverse CEMEA time zones.
- Solid communication and presentation skills; the ability to make data "speak" to non-technical executive audiences.
- A focus on identifying "white space" opportunities where the platform can provide more value to the client.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.
- Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); Russian preferred.
- Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
- An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
