The Role

• Develop and enhance a cloud-based web application for a multibanking platform, covering frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Utilize AI tools to amplify productivity and take end-to-end ownership from concept to production.
• Balance continuous improvements that benefit customers with maintaining stable systems in a highly scaled product environment.
• Actively participate in technology decisions and remain open to new approaches and experimentation.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team encompassing software development, UX, agile coaching, and product ownership.

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, working with complex software in larger organizations.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Solid expertise in Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases like PostgreSQL for backend development.
• Experience with cloud environments and microservices (e.g., AWS EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Demonstrated integration of AI tools into your development workflow and understanding of their practical application.
• Strong commitment to Clean Code, Test Driven Development, and agile methodologies.
• C2 level German language skills for effective team communication.
