What you'll do:
• The Lead Analyst - FP&A serves as a strategic finance partner supporting Corporate Functional leaders through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The role drives actionable insights, supports informed decision-making, promotes financial governance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and data-driven solutions. The incumbent is expected to influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and collaborate across global teams to deliver business value.
• This position would be an Individual Contributor.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial planning processes for assigned functions.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insights on financial performance, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver meaningful variance analysis and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
• Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and standardization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and cost optimization efforts through financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance requirements, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate effectively with global finance teams and stakeholders to deliver shared business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferably.
• 9-10 years of FP&A and accounting experience.
Skills:
• Excellent Analytical skills to interpret financial data, Written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Office - particularly Excel, Power Point, Word and other reporting tools
• Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools - ORACLE, SAP, EPBCS, etc..
• Experience with Oracle Financials and SAP preferred
• Adaptable to varying cultures.
