The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects, as the engineer refines existing solutions and contributes to the overall system architecture to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM, Splunk, Datadog.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring and management tools.
• Experience in developing and maintaining custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and provide actionable insights for performance optimization.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
• This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
