About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior QA Lead with a strong technical background and understanding of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC) to lead quality engineering initiatives for AI-powered products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive QA strategy, test planning, and quality governance for AI/ML and enterprise applications.
  • Lead end-to-end testing across functional, integration, performance, automation, and AI-specific validation scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and MLOps teams to ensure high-quality AI solution delivery.
  • Establish test frameworks, automation practices, and quality metrics across the AI SDLC.
  • Validate model performance, data quality, bias, reliability, and production readiness.
  • Mentor QA teams and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
  • Strong expertise in test automation, API testing, CI/CD, and modern QA practices.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data validation, model testing, and AI governance requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading distributed teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience testing Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI services.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
