- Identify, analyze, and optimize business processes to pinpoint opportunities for digitalization and automation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the organization's overarching strategy.
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions, leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Drive systemic change across the organization by promoting operational agility, digital transformation, and industry excellence.
- Integrate digital tools and platforms across various departments to establish seamless and efficient operational flows.
- Champion an innovative "prototype-first" mindset, building functional Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and proof-of-concepts to accelerate the delivery of solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and initiatives, ensuring their completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with development teams, analytics teams, architects, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.
- Prioritize product backlogs and project pipelines based on their business value, strategic alignment, and technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain robust project management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Drive user adoption and manage change for implemented digital solutions to ensure the realization of their intended value.
- Monitor project execution and product performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead the analysis of operational data to evaluate performance, identify optimization opportunities, and derive actionable insights.
- Design and implement scalable data solutions, including the automation of manual processes and improvements to existing workflows.
- Leverage tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for efficient data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data across all reporting systems.
- Act as a thought leader in data best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement, including the application of AI-driven solutions where appropriate.
- Utilize quantitative data mining and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to re-baseline metrics, reduce process variation, and align with global business impact goals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, quality, and account management, to lead the transformation agenda.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency and achieve improved business outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and governance reviews across both business and technical teams.
- Build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders to prioritize and execute complex, global projects.
- Communicate complex operational issues and strategic business value to senior leadership, creating compelling "impact stories" to gain buy-in.
- Act as a liaison between business users and system teams for production support, enhancements, and the resolution of issues.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate large, complex data sets and derive clear, actionable insights.
- Technological Literacy: Knowledge of existing and emerging technology landscapes, including AI, big data, and cybersecurity.
- Problem-Solving: Innovative approach to identifying problems and developing solutions.
- Leadership and Social Influence: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams, and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

- Adaptability: Embrace change and continuous improvement, and adapt to rapidly advancing technology.
- Lean Six Sigma: Proven ability to integrate traditional Lean Six Sigma discipline with modern, AI-first operating models.
- Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Proficiency in working with automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms), low-code/no-code platforms, and AI/ML applications.
- Experience in product ownership, roadmap management, backlog prioritization, and value realization.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global projects.
