Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Summary

This position is fully onsite 5 days a week in Cleveland, Ohio.

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead quality engineering through AI-enabled, cloud-native test automation using Java, C#, Azure, GitHub, and Jenkins X, while applying modern DevOps practices to deliver scalable, high-quality software at speed.

Experience

• 5-7 years IT experience
• 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience
• 3 year experience in Software Development
• Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience
• Excellent Collaboration
• Expert Communication Skills (proactive communication)
• Ability to work in both a Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid environment
• Excellent Organization skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Convert business objectives into a scalable quality assurance and automation strategy
• Advance organizational quality standards, delivery velocity, and engineering excellence
• Mentor and upskill teams in modern automation and AI-enabled practices
• Use critical thinking to address complex system and reliability challenges
• Architect and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins X, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
• Enable high-velocity, Kubernetes-based delivery pipelines with rapid feedback loops
• Design and oversee Azure-based, multi-stage pipelines with automated quality gates
• Incorporate testing and validation throughout end-to-end DevOps workflows
• Build automation frameworks using Java, C#, and Playwright with TypeScript
• Use generative AI for intelligent test generation, defect prediction, and anomaly detection
• Integrate Azure AI services into testing and delivery pipelines
• Advance intelligent, self-optimizing automation ecosystems
• Leverage Rovo, Copilot, and large language models to assist with generating test cases and writing code
• Accelerate time to market through intelligent automation and increased CI/CD maturity
• Improve the quality, resilience, and scalability of enterprise platforms
• Establish next-generation QA capabilities aligned with the enterprise roadmap
