Job Description
You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Assist with the administration and support of enterprise technology systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networking equipment, and business applications.
- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues through the IT help desk.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, device setup, software installation, and access management.
- Contribute to technology projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, process improvements, and implementation of new IT solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and document IT systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to support operational efficiency and business continuity.
- Analyze help desk trends and system performance data to identify opportunities for automation, improved user experience, and enhanced IT services.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to work in Goodhue, MN 5 days/week.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour

- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for long periods of time
