Salesforce Software Engineer (Developer)

  • 12-months contract with possible extension
  • QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW,

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Government Client team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishment and development of AI development capabilities utilising Claude Code in Salesforce development.
  • Undertake work in REST APIs services
  • Undertake work with Source Control tools (e.g. Gitlab, Bitbucket, GitHub) from a Claude Code context. 
  • Support work with Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket and Agile development tool sets.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 3-5 Years of Hands-on Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors.
  • Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns
  • Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development, Atlassian Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in building and working with integration (example REST APIs, Platform Events).
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud implementations and familiar with Salesforce Governor limits.
  • Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarde
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Have successfully implemented minimum 3+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using an agile methodology
  • Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Ominstudio Developer certified
  • Demonstrable experience with AI, including Configuration and Customisation.
