As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. Your Impact
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within scope.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define and refine product requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market strategies.
- Advocate for the customer, ensuring that all product decisions are driven by user needs and business value.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
