DevOps Engineer Cloud/SaaS
YOUR IMPACT
You will help build and operate OpenText’s globally available Public Cloud Service within the Enterprise Information Management domain. Working closely with Software Engineering, Cloud Specialists, and IT Operations teams, you will own key DevOps initiatives that improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across our SaaS platform. You will drive automation, modernize cloud operations, and help deliver new capabilities to customers worldwide in a fast-paced agile environment.
What The Role Offers
- Drive DevOps initiatives across a global SaaS platform.
- Partner with Development and IT Operations to optimize delivery.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Improve cloud platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead incident response, recovery, and root cause analysis.
- Enhance observability, operational readiness, and security practices.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise-scale or cloud environments.
- Proven ability to automate infrastructure and workflows using Bash and Python.
- Track record of administering and troubleshooting Linux-based systems.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to implement Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset with curiosity for AI-powered tools.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
