Business Development Representative

Pexip is a Norwegian company that provides secure video conferencing technology, enabling different meeting platforms (like Teams and Zoom) to work together seamlessly for businesses and governments.

We are growing our sales team in Herndon, VA, and we're hiring Business Development Representatives to help us win new business.

Possible arena:

• 🏛️ Federal — sell into healthcare, state & local government, and higher education.

This is a hunter role. You build your pipeline from scratch. You open doors. You own your number.

What that looks like day to day:

→ Prospect and reach out to potential clients (email, LinkedIn, phone, video)

→ Own your full sales cycle — from first conversation to qualified opportunity

→ Partner with experienced Account Executives to close deals

→ Use Salesforce & HubSpot to track and optimize your outreach (we'll train you)

Whom we're looking for:

✅ 1–3 years in sales, BDR, or any outbound-facing role

✅ A "never give up" mentality and genuine curiosity

✅ A clear, confident communicator who can engage decision-makers cold

✅ Bachelor's degree

No deep tech background needed. No public sector expertise required. Just drive, coachability, and a desire to grow fast.
