Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Category Ownership
- Own and scale high-impact product categories from insight to execution.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership.
- Manage pricing, positioning, packaging, and portfolio strategy.
- Consumer Insights & Market Research
- Analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop actionable insights, personas, and messaging frameworks.
- Identify unmet needs to unlock growth opportunities.
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and strengthen brand identity, narrative, and value proposition.
- Ensure consistent communication across digital and offline platforms.
- Translate complex health concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Product Development & Go-To-Market
- Lead new product launches and category expansion initiatives.
- Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and medical teams.
- Performance Marketing & Growth
- Optimize funnels to improve conversions, retention, and ROI.
- Monitor and enhance key metrics such as CAC, CTR, and LTV.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to drive scalable growth.
- Content & Creative Leadership
- Guide content, storytelling, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and agencies to ensure brand excellence.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze campaign and business performance to derive actionable insights.
- Build testing and learning frameworks for continuous optimization.
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Growth roles.
- Background in D2C, consumer brands, healthcare, wellness, or high-growth startups.
- Proven success in launching and scaling revenue-generating products.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer psychology.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.
